Camp Policies

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the camper’s start date to receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within two weeks will receive a credit that can be transferred to a different week of camp space permitting. If you cannot transfer to a different week of camp, we will attempt to fill your spot. If we are unable to fill the spot you will not receive a credit, make-up or refund for any missed camp days.

 

Partial Week Registration: Art Strong NYC is unable to accommodate partial week registrations. Students must register for the full week for either the Half day or Full Day option.

 

Camp Payment: Full tuition is due at time of registration.

 

Early Drop Off/ Late Pick up: Early drop off and late pick up can be added as an additional charge. Early drop off begins at 8am. If you have not signed up for this option, please don’t arrive earlier than 8:50am for drop off. Late pick up extends until 5pm Monday through Thursday. There is no option for extended day during the half day camp option.

 

Sign In/ Sign Out: All participants must be signed in/out when they are dropped off/picked up. A Summer Camp participant will not be released to someone who is not his/her parent/guardian, or who is not listed on the Release Form.

 

Make-ups: There are no make-ups for missed camp days.

 

Illness and Injury: Students who are able to provide a doctor’s note may receive a partial or full refund based on the discretion of the Art Strong staff.

 

Snacks and Lunch:  Parents will need to provide students with a packed lunch, one snack, and a water bottle daily. Children who are doing late pick up should pack a second snack. There is a refrigerator to store lunch/snacks in the gallery.

 

Sun Protection:  Please provide your child with moderate sun protection (sunscreen, hat, etc)  as we will spend some time outside, weather permitting each day
