After School
Our After School Program is the most creative option in Long Island City! It’s engaging and fun offering diverse art projects each week, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and more.
Afternoons start with optional homework help and free play before diving into creative activities. Sign up for any number of days per week, with registration by semester.
We follow the NYC DOE Calendar, operating on school days, excluding breaks and holidays.
Sample Schedule
Our camps run from 9am until 3pm, with a full day of activities. We also have options for Early Drop Off and Extended Day, to accommodate your day.
2:30PM – 3:00
• Pick up children from various schools & bus stops
3:00 – 4:00
• Homework, free play, open art making
4:00 – 4:20
• Warmup Art Activity
4:20 – 4:30
• Introduce the theme of the day
(example: Learning about a new artist, material, or book)
4:30 – 5:20
• Art making
5:20 – 5:30
• Sharing and reflecting
• Pickup at 5:30PM
Extended Day (Optional Add-on)
5:30 – 6:00PM
• Free play & open art making
• Pickup at 6:00PM

- We pick up children from PS 78, multiple PS 384 bus stops, and Bright Start on 44th Dr.
- Led by art teachers
- We follow the NYC DOE Calendar and run after school any day the NYC public schools are in session.
- Discounted daily rate if you drop off at the studio ($70)
